Collegiate Housing Services, established in 1988 and headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana, is a full-service student housing company dedicated to the coordination of all aspects of a college’s housing needs.
From shared housing programs to independent housing options, CHS has the experience to provide you with the housing that meets your needs and budget. We have successfully established partnerships with private colleges, universities and national technical schools, providing housing services for more than 150 campuses and educational facilities.
We have formed partnerships with some of the largest national property management companies, as well as many regional and local companies in the markets we currently service. Through this network of properties, we manage the overflow of student housing into apartment communities close to campus. We offer a proactively managed, furnished & utilities provided program for students including roommate coordination and individual student leases, as well as a robust apartment locating service for students wanting to handle the housing details themselves.
Collegiate Housing Services (CHS) has managed student housing programs for more than 150 post-secondary campuses in over 20 states across the nation. We work closely with each school to customize and coordinate their student housing systems.
