Common questions about our Shared Housing Program
Shared student housing is provided in 2 bedroom apartments with 2-4 occupants and 3 bedroom apartments with 3-6 occupants, depending on availability. There are no private bathrooms.
Each resident receives an individual lease with CHS that covers the following:
- Your monthly housing program costs
- Your utility cost up to a monthly cap
- Your basic furniture package monthly lease
- Roommate Matching
Your monthly housing program costs allow you to be able to:
- Tailor your lease to accommodate your graduation date
- Not have to pay extra rent if a roommate leaves
- Transfer to another apartment inside the Shared Housing Program if you choose.
Your monthly housing payment also provides student life programming as well as Resident Assistants in most markets.
No. Our Shared Housing Program only provides the option of having a private bedroom. All other areas of the shared apartment are to be shared with your housemates.
Yes. If you have friends attending the same school who you want to live with, just include their names on your application and make certain that they include you on their applications as well.
After we receive your application, we apply our student and military-friendly credit qualifications/terms, then we review your preferences so we can find you a great place to live with roommates you’ll like to hang out with.
